Putting people at the center of digital transformation through collaborative organizational learning dynamics.
We are a team of professionals who understand that achieving business results through digital transformation tools is accomplished by putting people at the center of the process and implementing Organizational Learning dynamics via Collaborative Training.
We provide technical assistance to top management by co-designing training practices to achieve expected results, implementing collaborative learning processes based on Pilot Projects focused on people, and adopting new tools, methodologies, concepts, and transformation practices.
We do not focus on technical training for specific digital tools, but rather on the strategic understanding and management of these technology adoption processes by top management to build organizational results-oriented learning and training capabilities.
We work in co-creation dynamics with the client to design the process of methodology adoption, define pilot projects, identify the human talents involved, the themes, tools, concepts, and results to be achieved.
From there, we assist the client during the implementation process by providing monitoring, early evaluation, and review through an interdisciplinary team or Program Monitoring Committee that may include: (i) members of top management, (ii) support and operational supervision team proposed by the client; and (iii) consulting professionals.
In addition to collaborating in the design, the consulting team can be responsible for convening experts, references, speakers, instructors, and tutors who will participate in the work program.
1. the definition of purposes (objectives, achievements, results),
2. the identification of people or talents who will be the center of the process (top management, middle management, operational levels);
3. the selection of pilot projects for initial implementations;
4. the formation of collaborative communities in organizational and business environments;
5. the adoption of a flipped learning model for transformation practices;
6. using a toolbox of methodologies and concepts.
Focus Assistance to Top Management, Supervision and Consulting for process management.

The methodological and conceptual framework involved in Organizational Learning via Collaborative Training processes that we promote for adopting different Digital Transformation technologies (BIM, AWP, IoT, Big Data, AI, Advanced Analytics, Smart City, Virtual or Augmented Reality, among others) includes:
(i) Open Innovation, (ii) Lean Manufacturing, (iii) Agile Methodologies, (iv) Project-Based Flipped Learning and (v) Organizational Change Management.
The design and development of the process conceives Pilot Projects as a unit of learning application and methodology incorporation, based on two key instances formed by people: the Facilitating Agents who form the project teams and the Collaborative Communities that act as an external support group for the elaboration of a Roadmap for each project.
